Committed to Providing the highest level of pediatrics care
As a parent you want to give your child the best, especially where it concerns their health care. Tabitha Medical Center is committed to providing both the highest level of pediatric care and a wonderful patient experience in a child friendly environment.
After your baby is born, a doctor or nurse will perform a series of tests to determine your baby’s physical condition. A routine evaluation, called the Apgar test, is used to identify whether your baby needs urgent medical care. After delivery, your baby will also be given a vitamin K shot, eye drops, and newborn screening tests. Your baby may also receive a hearing test and a hepatitis B vaccine.
We serve children from birth to young adulthood at our pediatric clinic. With access to leading-edge diagnostic and treatment resources, as well as a total commitment to family-centered care, our pediatric professionals are well-equipped to diagnose and treat common, everyday illnesses, as well as serious childhood diseases.
Tabitha Medical Center takes great pride in the care we offer adolescents. Our pediatrician and clinical staff strive to provide confidential and developmentally appropriate medical care to all ages, which includes the stages of early adolescence (11-13), middle adolescence (13-17) and late adolescence (17-21).
